85 Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification

We are thrilled to announce this unique offering in Columbus, Ohio!  Prenatal Yoga classes and certified teachers are in high demand, and we are excited to give you a program in which you will have all the tools you need to start delivering effective, quality, and loving classes for your prenatal clients.

Columbus Yoga Trainings is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance.  Trisha Drewyor (Hoffman) is a E500RYT, former yoga studio owner (Namaste In Love in Gahanna, Ohio), and has completed and has been the lead teacher in five 200HR Yoga Teacher Trainings.  She has two kids, James (almost 3) and Nora (9 months).  She got her pre and postnatal certifications during her pregnancy with James and created and got approved for the 85HR School during her pregnancy with Nora.

*Content Warning: Sensitive Subject, Paragraph Ahead.  Trisha experienced a molar pregnancy, a rare form of miscarriage, prior to her pregnancy with James.  She also worked with fertility specialists while trying to conceive.  Her journey has led her to be passionate about talking to women to understand and support the various challenges we face during the perinatal process.

This program is about so much more than teaching a prenatal class; it is designed for each student to dive deep and have the opportunity to share their story, to listen deeply to others’ stories, and to learn together.  If you have had the pleasure to experience an in-person 200HR YTT, you likely remember how empowering, encouraging, and perhaps life changing that was.  Imagine this as being a “mini” version of that. Please note that you do not need to have a preexisting yoga certification or any desire to teach. This will be a deep learning experience where you will be able to connect and nurture your soul.
